美標(biāo)GMA卡板部分細(xì)節(jié)要求：

1. GMA木卡板，1A級，美國雜物制造商協(xié)會(huì)Grocery Manufacturers Association標(biāo)準(zhǔn)卡板，配套出口熏蒸憑證使用；

2. 采用A及實(shí)木板材熏蒸加工，適用于出口北美地區(qū)，美國加拿大墨西哥等英尺英寸制度國家，符合NWPCA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，ISPM&IPPC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

3. 北美大型量販倉儲(chǔ)超市，山姆Sams, 沃爾瑪，開市客costco，pricesmart均采用此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)木板作為載具。

4. 北美大型量販超市，山姆Sams, 沃爾瑪，開市客costco，pricesmart等指定專用卡板。

5. 由于叉車尺寸不同，倉儲(chǔ)自動(dòng)化條件受限，BLOCK托盤如PECO、CHEP及歐洲EPAL托盤均不可用。

6. 裝載計(jì)算示例
53英尺干貨車：可裝載 26個(gè)GMA托盤（按48×40英寸計(jì)算）。
40英尺集裝箱：可裝 20-21個(gè)GMA托盤的倍數(shù)（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)柜（超寬柜）。
7. 購買與定制

供應(yīng)商：中國浙江、福建、廣東等地有專業(yè)出口GMA托盤廠家（如泉州華冠公司）。

部分規(guī)則如下：

A. Pallets observes the “standards” criteria of the “Uniform Standard for Wood Pallets” published by the National Wood Pallet and Container Association (NWPCA) in May 2012 for the Standard Pallets the Company will accept.

B. All pallets must be designed per the Pallet Design System ? (PDS ? ) developed by the NWPCA and manufactured per these specifications.

C. All pallets must be machine built according to the dimensional and material requirements of PDS ? , and also conform to its specific guidelines regarding structure, performance, safety, and durability.

D.  48” x 40” Stringer-Class, Double Face Non-Reversible, Partial 4-Way, Multiple Use .
